Great service from the beginning. Instructed a level 2 Rics survey report and the survey was booked in and organised by Sterlingworth in just a couple of days. Survey came in within the time expected. This survey was completed by Edward who produced a very detailed and lengthy survey which allowed me to easily see all issues with the property. Along with this, a consultation post survey was organised with Edward who went through all points of the survey with me to help me make an informed decision on my purchase. Getting a survey as a first time buyer can be very scary but Sterlingworth Surveyors were quick and easy to use, produced a thorough survey and were able to provide a very reassuring phone consultation afterwards. They offered a very competitive price (and I got a discount) for the level 3 RICS report. The final level 3 report was very detailed, and both the booking of the survey and the delivery of report done all within two weeks, no problems throughout the process. I was slightly concerned that maybe the surveyor wouldn't go in the loft (as there wasn't full covered floorboards) but that wasn't an issue at all.
